I placed an order.. what happens next?
Once you're order is placed, we will take care of everything else.
All orders will be processed and shipped out (within the specific time stated on our 'Shipping Info' page, you will receive a order confirmation and order dispatched email.
I have a problem with my item.. can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges.
Exchanges are accepted for FAULTY items and only if:
- All items must be returned back to the original shipping address in the original packaging
- All items should be unused and in the same condition it was purchased in
For any damaged/faulty items, we advise all customers to email us @ firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase and evidence of the damaged or faulty item.
ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE have to be reported via EMAIL within 24 hours from delivery to be eligible for return.
ALL EXCHANGE ONLY ITEMS have to be returned to the original shipping address within 5 working days (UK) and 10 days (Rest of the World). We do not cover shipping expenses.
How long does PRE-ORDER items take to be shipped?
All PRE-ORDER items usually take longer to be processed and shipped.
